Race Charter Mark

We are proud that The Kingston Academy has been awarded the Gold Race Charter Mark for our work in for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving race equality and fostering an inclusive environment where staff, students, and the wider community are valued equally, regardless of their ethnicity.

Many of our approaches have been informed with the support of John Azah OBE who is the CEO of the Kingston Race and Equalities Council (KREC). John has supported us through working with many students at TKA through talking to all Year 9 students as part of the Going Beyond Curriculum. He has also TKA staff, leaders, students and families in school.
