Race Charter Mark

We are proud that The Kingston Academy has been awarded the Gold Race Charter Mark for our work in for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving race equality and fostering an inclusive environment where staff, students, and the wider community are valued equally, regardless of their ethnicity.

Our work has been significantly enhanced by the guidance and support of John Azah OBE, CEO of the Kingston Race and Equalities Council (KREC). John has had a positive impact on our students at TKA by engaging with all Year 9 students as part of our 'Going Beyond' Curriculum. He has also fostered valuable dialogue with TKA staff, leaders, students, and families within our school community.
